Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The stock wire that came with the headset is extremely long and yesterday it annoyed me very much that it kept getting tangled with itself, so I decided to see if the cable is replaceable. The Fiio e10k is a USB DAC only. Its coax and line ports are output, not input ports, and its sampling rate is limited to 96KHz. This device is meant to be connected to a computer (PC/Mac) from which other audio components (e.g. a power amp) may be driven via these output ports. It's small - and due to its headphone output -, it seems to be a good choice for travellers although it's not portable (no built-in battery), and its headphone output is limited to 200mW @ 32 Ohms.
THANKS FOR ANY INFO. ABOUT THE DAC/AMP'S (Headphone) POWER WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP !!!
