My glasses also arrived today, however i had had to pay £11.28 customs charge AFTER i had already paid for shipping to massdrop, this should have been sorted out by you guys shouldn't it have? like with a declaration? any chance i can get that money back please? if you need me to provide proof, please just ask, i have the sheet and receipt with me requesting customs charge payment. Thanks.
