I used to have one of these for a year and it was problematic from day one with disconnecting issues. Contacted Logitech support 3x regarding the headset disconnecting every minute or so and they didn't help at all. The software also had bugs on windows kept tabbing me out of whatever window I had active and after about half an hour, an error message window popped up saying "Please reconnect your Logitech g930 wireless headset". Forget using them around Xbox one consoles because those caused huge signal drops. A few weeks ago the headset got to the point where it was making beeping noises and disconnecting every 10s from what I can only assume was a software update because I have friends with identical issues. I've since upgraded to a hyper X cloud 2. I hope not too many of the units end up as bad as mine was but it was bad enough that i wrote this review. Best of luck to you all.
