RosaLuxemburgI mean, you get much more reliability and quality at the high level if you buy separates. Autos are expensive, but really can’t match a good mid level grinder and machine.
Dont get me wrong, there’s a market for autos. However, don’t assume they’re higher quality because they’re automatic.

RayFWell it's fairly well established that consumer superautos make espresso that pales in comparison to semi-autos. Most places won't tell you that because they still want to sell supers. Whole latte love does say it in this video though https://youtu.be/12ZH3S45q3g?t=76

Truth is, a lot of people will tell you a Ferrari is faster than a Porsche but very few people know that from personal experience. Which is to say, the difference in results obtained by the two machine classifications wouldn't really be material. Very few Porsche customers ask for refunds, and very few latte sippers are going to dump out their cups after tasting coffee from a supperauto. You may be the exception?

RayFEhh ferrari vs porsche is giving too much credit to a superauto, a porsche can still get 99% of the way there (if not even faster seeing that the GT2 RS exists). Superautos are the equivalent of a corolla sport. Something for people who think they like sportiness but in reality have no idea what sportiness is. Yes you can get serviceable stuff from a superauto (and it will be consistent to a fault) but it's never going to be as good as something as low end as this gaggia when done correctly.
