What's the point of this thing if I just wipe out the Operating System like what I do with all of the computers I "find"?

hauntedIt doesn't encrypt nothing. It's just a password substitute. Someone with physical access and enpugh time could still access the data.

hifijunkyWe do ,indeed encrypt our software. We do not encrypt the computer against software attacks. This device is meant for physical access control based on user. As any engineer would say, of course, given enough time and access, it is possible.
