Presentation is everything. With the GEFU Tari Slicer you can uniformly cut just about anything that will fit in the chamber—from tomatoes and cheeses, to fruits and veggies. Made with sharp Japanese stainless steel blades in an offset serrated pattern, the slicer also has a locking system to prevent accidental failure. It works just like a stapler: Simply place your food in the grips, press down, and it pops out the other end. Clean it by hand or in the dishwasher.
