Correct me if I'm wrong but with an item it won't be possible to ship it to people outside the US, due ITAR regulations on stuff like this, considered "military technology". Category XII, section c mentions "image intensification and other night sighting equipment or systems specifically designed, modified or configured for military use", but I'm not sure of this could be classified as for "military use".

nicci00You're right. Civilians in north-western Europe aren't permitted to own or use military equipment.

Mr.Dustyi have no idea what you're talking about , you can buy gen 3+ and /or thermal imagers anywhere in EU
