IzzardActually no, I did not start any fight. I suggested that people consider that a glowing review of a product that doesn't sound that way unless you buy something extra, should be held suspect. Then the other guy unloaded a huge amount of hate, which is the 100th repeat of that same hate over the last 6 years, from the same trolls every time. As I said before, I'm a known person with a lot of reviews of items I PAID for myself. If the other guy wants to challenge that, let him say who he is and show his website and reviews.

IzzardOh, one more thing. Let's all stay on topic here, like questions and answers about the product. If there's a challenge about a description of the product, settle it with actual info about the product - nothing else.

dalethornIf you really want to get into it, the line "one caveat- upgrade the pads" really does not imply that everything starter claimed before would be negated by using the stock pads--I mean heck, he could simply have been implying that they were not as comfortable without some better pads or that pads just make a huge positive difference.
While both of you are overreacting, I do feel you started this argument with your comment "that 'get the other pads' says something"; that "something" sounds awfully like you are trying to devalue his knowledge without adding anything to the discussion yourself. You did give a positive impression later on, but I feel like you could have warned people to be cautious of an overly enthusiastic review without attacking someone's opinion based on a rather ambiguous part of his comment.

I'm not here to argue. I've got a pair of these headphones and like them too. Hope this drop picks up some steam so more people can enjoy these quality headphones.

As it turns out, a simple EQ of these earpods/airpods does produce a fairly hi-fi sound - an amazing sound that matches up to real live music. But of course, you're completely ignorant of that, because why? You just push boxes and don't try to help people?

UzuzuI'll add another note for "Izzard" as well: Every now and then if you're able to summon the intellectual effort to make a *specific* claim, I can easily refute it. My website has 170 headphone reviews, a plethora of high-tech utility programs (including a crypto program that's withstood two 20 thousand dollar chosen plaintext attacks), and tons of other stuff you wouldn't have a clue about. Before you could understand "lack of intelligence", you have to have some, which you don't.

The other thing, an opinion is just that. You don't need to agree with it being valid for it to actually be valid. I can't help it if your opinion is different than mine. I read through this discussion twice before commenting, and then went back to a few comments again just to make sure I had the right idea. I told you what I thought based on what I read here and you argued with me about it. You can choose to take what I said and try to learn/improve because of it or just dismiss it. But you're not gonna "argue me out" of my own opinion. In fact, you confirmed it to me by replying the way you did.
