ahuman22I guess you answered your own question - no warranty for foreigners

ahuman22Im in the same boat as you. In Japan. I was under the impression it was a world wide warranty. Most of my computer parts are simply covered by the manufactures, doesn't matter where you live. I feel like I have read many times that most GPUs are globably covered, you just have to register it and get it back to one of their centers. I am searching about gigabyte and cant find anything. And no one online can seem to find a striaght answer too. https://www.reddit.com/r/gigabytegaming/comments/64hcda/global_warranty_when_buying_from_us_what_options/

ahuman22@robert_dykes So yeah, international buyers are not covered by Gigabyte warranty. See this post on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/69fe58/gigabyte_1080ti_rma_experience_and_warning/dh732l3/
Basically you'll have to pretend that you are in the US (using a mail forwarder which will cost you on top of the shipping cost), and even then Gigabyte will make you jump through the hoops.

ahuman22You might want to check with EVGA just in case but yeah, EVGA got hands down the best warranty support among videocard manufacturers.
