Can someone from Massdrop please comment explicitly regarding the warranty? Is the Gigabyte warranty applicable for these products? If I have an issue, I'd much rather RMA through Gigabyte to get a replacement, than have to return to Massdrop and be SOL trying to find a replacement.

However, in your specific case I am not seeing that you have even made a purchase from us. We did not capture any payment from you, there is no transaction on file, and we have not shipped you any products.
