If you are european, french to be precise, I don't recommended massdrop because for my first experience on this site, I am really disappointed. Indeed, we get a problem because massdrop send the cards to the wrong people, they don't warned us about it and they offer to the people who received the cards to keep it and be refund and get destiny 2, but the people who really ask for this card don't get anything. Then, massdrop don't have speak about the new delay, it's take so long to go on france (but i knew it) and then, I have to pay so customs fees, so I pay the card a bit less than her real price in France. Sorry massdrop, but I am not satisfied by your service, and I would not recommend you to other people

Received mine today!!!! But the duties were 120 canadian so basically was no difference from buying from newegg.ca.

Not feeling much love from Massdrop here. As a first time user of the site this experience has been less than satisfying. Next to no communication from staff about the delay and no attempt to make amends for their colossal screw up with shipping the wrong cards to people other than offering a refund. At least give us some sort of ETA so we better determine if it's worth waiting or not.

Anyone else not getting responses from support? I cant believe how incompetent massdrop are, this was my first and definitely last time using massdrop, saving a few hundred dollars isn't worth it at this point. They wont even respond to my request to refund...

I've checked it but still. Massdrop is doing what ever they can to help those guys,wich I also understand a bit. but they don't even inform the buyers of this card what happened .... They should put equal effort in informing en fixing things in both drops

Under transactions it shows 'shipped to <my name>' but no other details like when...?
