"*depending on model" and then not listing which model is which is lazy. Please clarify which models have the 10 degree blade and which have 15

The handle and thumb rest section does seem unique. Got a few questions though-

Thicker blades as in uniformly or just at the spine and by how much?
By sharper does it mean the cutting edge of the blade is xx atoms thinner?
Blade angle is the total sum of both edges or just one side measured from the centre?
Are these knives sand-balanced like the others?
