Invicta influences pouring in :(
I get ADD just by looking at it...
Press F to pay respects.
How the hell can you tell what time it is on this thing?

Using eyes, if underpowered then glasses might be needed

Nice how they perfectly camouflaged the hands to blend in seamlessly with all the distractions behind them!
Most terrible watch for 1k$
I really don't think it looks that bad? The back is very nice.
Aokman
If you want to spend a grand on it because you think the undecorated, mass-produced movement on the back of the watch looks nice - then you go nuts.
Wow... I was really hoping Invicta would be able to keep from slaughtering the Glycine name, but, well, here we are.
Anyone paying a grand for this train wreck. I have a bridge for sale.....
shooteur
Hmm actually looks much better in the those pictures than in the stock ones. Still too big and a bit ugly for me though. Shame as the concept is actually rather cool.
And the Invicta era has offically begun
You want 1K for this disaster?
Waaaaaaaay too busy.
What a shame Invicta. Honestly, sad to see.
I have been on a bit of a watch buying speee lately and I would like to add a “skeleton “ type watch. My Swatch of this type is getting old! I agree that this watch is pretty ugly and I don’t think it is a naked watch. I would love some recommendations in the 500 or so price range for a beautiful but masculine naked watch where you can enjoy the movement and also tell the time easily. Too bad I can’t add a zero or two and buy a Hublot but that’s kind of what I would dream of...
I'm an avid Glycine collector, with my primary watches being Airmen (DC-4 is my everyday watch with suits to work, a Base 22 my main casual watch, an SST is with stainless band is my dress watch, and I keep my newish Worldtimer in reserve for casual wear with light colours (a rarity for me)). I'm not sure I've ever hated a watch more than I hate this POS (and believe me, Glycine has made some questionable choices recently [Airman 42? Double 12, anyone?]). WTF is this? Invicta finally getting its nasty, tacky claws into this classic brand? This isn't even a proper skeleton in that internals are "decorative" not functional. Anyone who buys this deserves to be parted from their money and rightfully scorned by anyone who actually knows anything about watches. Egads. I hope this monstrosity doesn't appear on my wrist in a nightmare.

Wow, what a deal... Just boost that MSRP up even more... Why not make it $15,000? Or $80,000? It's a BS number anyways.
(Edited)
I knew Invicta couldn’t help but start butchering these eventually.
This watch is disgusting. Juwasco is correct, Invicta will kill Glycine with these monstrosities.
Kill the monster!!!
Looking at the watch face gives me a headache.
fake sale from fake acc..
AAAAAAAND with this watch, Invicta officially destroys Glycine's heritage. RIP Glycine, the tool watch world will miss you.
Juwasco
I'm pretty sure this is a pre-Invicta design.

The Airfighter case definitely is. I think the release of this dial variant occurred after the acquisition by Invicta, however I wouldn't be surprised if it was designed before that happened.
Seriously, 4 sold in one day, Glycine would never be able to sell even one this ugly piece if it weren't acquired by Invicta.
I'm questioning whether this is even a skeleton watch. Most if not all of the visual complexity is decoration. I can't see any gears or a balance wheel anywhere in that mess. And why isn't there a photo of the back?
Cloaca
I agree, not a true skeleton.
It took me a while to post this comment as I first had to clean all the vomit off my keyboard after seing the watch.
Not only is it plain ugly, it also makes absolutely no sense. Seriously, making one of the busiest skeleton dials ever seen, making reading time impossible, AND adding a chronograph on it as cherry on the impossible-to-read cake, thereby doubling the price of the movement? WFcrasyF happened to Glycine to propose a watch that's 100% "in your face" and 0% classy nor practical to use?
Sorry gotta run, I think I'm gonna vomit again...
Who has been voting for these watches?

Now that you mentioned it, Yes, I do. Thank You for asking. How about you, how is the life without the stick up your behind, or you still have it up there?
Good lord! So hideous!
I can't decide if I love this watch because it's so outrageous or hate it...also because it's so outrageous. lol. What am I even talking about. I can't afford it anyway. *slaps self
GoAztecs
It's ugly af from where I'm sitting.
Oh wow a whopping 46 jewels, its like the bestest ever. Thanks Invicta!
Well, everyone has their own tastes, it's certainly not my cup of tea. I also wonder how long it took to bring this crazy thing to market. In other words, was this a pre-Invicata debacle by Glycine, or did Invicta just shove this thing into a Glycine-branded case? For the sake of those pre-Invicta folks still at Glycine, I hope Invicta shoved this down their throats and, after it doesn't sell, more rational older Glycine designs come back.......I don't understand the Swiss, I just read about another $15,000 watch introduction. Exports of Swiss watches fell by roughly 11 percent (I think that's the number) in 2016. Now they try to sell this stuff and more $15,000 watches. If you are losing at this game, stop trying harder, and change your product.

In my opinion it is. It doesn't resemble anything else in their lineup. I think they R&D'ed the tachymeter slider activator a few years ago and really wanted to showcase it somehow. They designed the Airfighter around it and now it seems like something being dragged along automatically without really sticking to the overall brand's image. I think this lineup will die in a few years and be replaced with something a bit less oddballish.
Thing is, what is criticized here is not the Airfighter line at large, but this particularly ugly and unreadable skeleton version....
