I received my DC-4 Purist today. But the hands do not move even for 1 second after I shook it gently for more than 5 minutes. Do I need to send it back to repair center at somewhere? Are there any special trick to start it? (I don't believe so.)
Joe-cool28Thank you for your advice. I'm asking a local watch shop if they can handle this trouble. If they don't accept my case, I'll try to send it back to US. Thank you again for your kindness.
minmseeYVWC. Mine is currently under service. Their diagnosis was to replace with new movement.
If your watch share same diagnosis and local shop can't do warranty service, I would send it to IWSC.
IWSC is authorized repair center by Glycine.

Joe-cool28Thank you for the valuable information. I haven't known IWSC because I'm new to this deep watch world. I'm gradually understanding that the world of watches might be much attractive and dangerous than the world of headphone audio.
