Glycine Airman Purist Automatic Watch
A Glycine Icon in 6 Styles
Perhaps best known for its 24-hour Airman tool watch, Glycine has been producing timepieces since 1914. This drop features 6 different styles of three different models of the Purist version of the famous Airman: a timepiece that only makes one full revolution in 24 hours. The dial is fixed with Arabic numerals all the way up to 24, and has a date window at the traditional 3 o’clock position. Based on Glycine’s own GL293 21-jewel movement, each model has a 42-hour power reserve. The movement is protected by a stainless steel case and sapphire crystal, which combine for a water resistance of 100 meters. A stainless steel bezel surrounds the crystal. Twist the crown at 4 o’clock to access and set it.
