i also have the base 22 - have problems with the gmt -24 hr broken - been trying to get in touch with massdrop for over a month with over 4 messages - the watch has an international warranty - so i need to know how to get it fixed - a 2 year warranty is no good if you cannot use it - massdrop please contact me as i like the watch if it is not broken - red 24 hr hand cannot be set it skips between the hours and hangs at various points on the dial - so it is worthless

grpangI too have had issues with Massdrop's warranty. Be aware that their policies changed recently which I was not aware of. It's making me think twice now before giving Massdrop my money. Pity.

K-ManI' m still trying to get any response from them - it is a shame that they do not stand by their product - if this is not resolved not worth the money spent for a broken product that cannot be warranteed
