i also have the base 22 - have problems with the gmt -24 hr broken - been trying to get in touch with massdrop for over a month with over 4 messages - the watch has an international warranty - so i need to know how to get it fixed - a 2 year warranty is no good if you cannot use it- red 24 hr hand cannot be set it skips between the hours and hangs at various points on the dial - so it is worthless - follow up 06/20/17 3rd time at warrantee center - now freezing min and second at 11.

grpangContact IWSC, Glycine's official warranty and repair center in Utah. They're not that well organized and they may take time fixing the problem but at least you'll eventually get this fixed with probably a new mechanism. They are not the brightest light in the shed though. They sent me another guy's watch and my warranty repair to realign the hands at 12 took 5 weeks (new movement apparently ??????).
Go on Glycine's site and search for the Utah service center and contact them to explain the problem.

VirguleMy experience with IWSC was very bad. I bought the purist DC4 Glycine from massdrop, which came with multiple defects (bad movement, misalignment, etc.). I sent it to IWSC for repair (paying the shipping/handling cost myself). Some guy from IWSC called to confirm that the movement is indeed defective and will be replaced. Then two weeks later the watch came back with the SAME DEFECTIVE movement. They simply realigned the hands, but the movement is still the old broken one (I know because it still exhibit a known problem with gears engaged at the wrong setting). So I called IWSC back, and the guy reluctantly said that they will send a mailing label for me to ship the watch back. The mailing label (either email or physical) never came. I sent the watch back to Massdrop for a refund.
