Is this a 24hr sweep or gmt? Pictures do not show a gmt hand. I can't understand why they can't get these things right

RayFI shouldn't have to look it up myself, they are the ones selling and when the pics and description don't match they need to clarify what the heck they are selling. Happens all the time on this site. Thanks for commenting
