so far no contact from support - very disappointed with support - been trying to get response form massdrop on how to proceed - sent 4 support messages starting from jan2 2017 - all i can say is that even though they are new watches they are international versions and thus are not under warante in the us - i think - unless someone can tell me different - at this point i would say buyer beware - if it sounds to good.............
