I received the watch and have worn it a couple times.  It doesn't seem to last very long.  I wore it yesterday from 11 to about 4 and it was dead by 11 that night.  Is that normal?

fjbeiderbeckeI suspect that the watch is not getting fully wound or even close to half fully wound, by wearing only 5 hours a day, especially in the early going of owning the watch. Rememeber it was pretty much fully unwound when you receieved the watch. It also depends on how active your wrist is. I would try wearing at least 8-10 hours several days in a row and then see what happens with the power reserve. I wore mine for about 12 hours a day for a week and I was able to skip a day and wear a different watch and it still stayed on time when I wore it the following day.

lassetjusThanks for the response. I was wondering if I wasn't wearing it enough and that was the issue. I will get a winder and put it on that and see if that helps.

fjbeiderbeckeI saw your earlier comment about only wanting to wear it once a week. If that's the case, then I was thinking the same thing. You will definitely need a winder if you don't want it to stop. Massdrop just recently had the Wolf Heritage Winder which I took a pass on because of its fixed rate of rotation. I'm waiting for one of their 2.7 modules.

fjbeiderbeckeYeah, thats normal. About $46 per hour. Not bad for a swiss watch
