I've just received my package and the Glycine box was empty! Anybody with the same bad surprise? To those who received their watch recently and still have the shipping box, could you tell me the weight printed on your shipping label ( just above tracking barcode )? Thanks for your help.
Edit: I received a full refund from MD.

jarxyzThanks for your answer, that's also what I have on my shipping label, but actual weight is 800g in my case, 1 lbs 12 oz ( if my math is correct ). That's disturbing, "best" case they received an empty box from their supplier and did not make the most basic check before shipping, worst case: staff is unreliable. I'm not going to take the risk on the DC-4 that I requested and is finally available.

EwenFRI don't know where you're from but was the box resealed? Maybe someone at post/customs office decided to check the package and "forgot putting its content back"? (I've heard of such cases, Poland here btw)

jarxyzI'm from France and postal services are reliable. I've checked adhesives and it hasn't been opened or inspected ( I did of course but on the shipping label side ).

EwenFRI would rather have an empty box and refund than what I got. The watch was just tumbling around loose in the box. It seems fine, but who knows what kind of weird stresses that put on the movement, and it's not like I can request any kind of compensation.

heddso far all three Glycine watches ( one was returned for refuns, one works ok with very weak lume, one is in service under warranty) I ever received from same vendor came with watches tumbling around , loose in the box as well. with DC-4( at the service) that was my last Glycine..... even though this watch is very tempting for movement sake...

heddBelieve me, when you open the box, you prefer finding a $600 watch tumbling around than a pillow. Sure I received a refund in the end, but how do you prove that the box was empty?
