I have one question to the US community: is the price (379,99$) already included the VAT? Because I heard that in the USA the VAT will be calculated additionally and doesn't stand on the price label...

MrDionisNo you have to add your local rate on to the watch price. I pay 8.37% in sales tax where I live in NY. At least shipping is free

MrDionisSales tax is only charged if the company you are buying from has a business license in the state where the product is shipped. Companies that have no valid license to do business in a particular state cannot collect sales tax on behalf of the state. In many states, in that situation the buyer (you) is supposed to pay "Use Tax" (see https://www.investopedia.com/terms/u/use-tax.asp for more information). Very few people actually do this, which is why many states want to implement sales tax on all Internet purchases.
