Two different colors of hour n minute hands are pictured. Which one comes on this watch? The black hands would be difficult to see. Gotta be sure with no returns
MHQUIGLEYRead through the discussion as this question was asked more than once already. Massdrop has stated that the photos taken against a black background were taken at their studio of a sample received from the vendor. You can see the hands are silver and filled with black lume paint.
CBeeZI don't doubt that particular question has been answered. I guess that it is more that I am uncomfortable with the inconsistency - what if there is a problem that wasn't addressed in this discussion? Or if I didn't read it, which I can't be obliged to do. You'd certainly be bang to rights to complain seriously if similar happened in an actual shop (imagine a picture on a box, you only look on one side of the box and buy it based on that image). Not sure how Massdrop differs. Sorry, I don't mean to be difficult and my anxiety is obviously increased at UK based so would be paying import duty.
NickoniceYour concern about the inconsistency of the pics is totally valid (I actually asked the same question earlier). Folks in the watch community are especially observant and keen on details; Massdrop would do well to review their picture selections and product descriptions with a bit more scrutiny, especially because these items can be pricey and sales are final.
MHQUIGLEYMassdrop did say they would update the pics. I hope they do before the drop ends. If the hands are indeed silver, I'm in. However, unless this is a special, modded stealth, I see no evidence online of a version with silver hands. The vague nature of this drop is a bit unsettling.
