I ordered this set for the only reason to fit my infinity 60% hacker layout's 6U space bar. I bought both the hacker and extras pack. I got my set today, and it doesn't fit. The center doesn't align with the switch and it doesn't work with the stabilizer either. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed at this point. I accept the long waiting period and delay. I never complained that. But when product arrives it should simply work. The set is promoted specifically targeting infinity keyboard user. The layout is already known. I can't understand why this will happen.

troy.daiCorrect, the 3Run 6U spacebars (at least the ones me and you received) will not work for any Infinity keyboards with hacker layout.
I have a ticket open with support regarding this, you should open one too. This has happened with drops before and in my experience MD has always arranged to have the manufacturer correct the problem and send replacements. Doesn't help the issue that some people might not have a correctly fitting 6U spacebar for their hacker if this 3Run drop is the only set of keys they have for it :(

tklingThank you. I opened a support ticket this morning, too. This is a fairly poor result since the layout of the infinity 60% is not a myth. For who ordered the second batch of keyboard with hacker layout and 3Run keycaps this is a very disappointing situation. 6U space-bar is not common.

No. I opened support request with Massdrop, but haven't heard back from them except the only reply that they're looking into this. I think you should open a support request, too.
