Quick update for the group. Our vendor was unable to improve the shipping schedule. We just got off the phone with them, and they realistically think mid-October would be a more accurate estimate. Apparently, their representative at GMK was on vacation for two weeks, and no one took care of our orders.
We apologize for this inconvenience. If you prefer to not wait on your keys, please reach out to our support team, and they will cancel your order for a full refund.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/25 or sooner if something comes up.
