Is there enough for the K95 Platinum. My board is at RMA and don't feel like trying to count on a pic lol everyone I try i mess up xD

JustFluxzI'm going to tentatively say yes. This comes with 110 clips, a standard full size keyboard has 104 keys, yours has five extra, which adds up to 109.so you'll probably be fine. As to your other questions, I assume the little blue thing that comes with it will also allow you to remove the clips (not sure, but probably), and you would probably gel less noise if you also put o-rings on, but it wouldn't feel great. One of the big draws of these is that it barely changes the feel of the switch, but adding the miniscule change with these to the potentially big change of o-rings just produces a poor-feeling switch, so I can't recommend it.
