Is this tester able to be used as a macro keypad? Or is it just the mounted keys and no interface/connections?

MythikkNo interface/connections. It is mounted on a very nice base though.

Why would I pay $30 for what amounts to a marketing campaign for these dampeners? I would expect these to be super cheap, or even free.
