Alright, I got my set in too, and it does look absolutely wonderful, grand job here @MiTo ! Too bad that SP messed up the alignment on many keys big time. Odly the blue alphas are mostly fine, but the cream one's are all over the place. Also the font on the yellow caps are terrible, blurry and washed out while the "godspeed" cap looks perfect.

AnorakNow that you mention, it does seems like they use the same mold for different keycap set. Look at how similar the alphas and the functions key are(are they suppose to be the same? Just different colour?). The size and fonts. Not sure if all the SA caps are suppose to be the exact same font and size due to the profile restriction. They might have salvage the molds from other drops to mix and match to build for this drops.
Of course I was having the impression from hanging out in Massdrop that SP makes quality caps but was proven wrong. Will definitely reconsider when buying a keycap set made by SP.

MechChiamolds are reused (at least one part of it in case of novelties which differ from set to set). depending on mold material they are good for 10.000, 100.000, 1.000.000 uses or even more. but from a set of molds not all molds are useless at the same time and needed to be retired/trashed. so SP maybe used some still good molds from mold set A and same from mold set B and same from mold set C.
I hope the Dasher & Dancer set will be back to old quality standards.

MunnybearYou're WAY late I'm afraid to get any replacement keycaps, I had some sent over straight from SP, and they were just as bad, go figure. When you notice stuff like this, waste no time and contact Massdrop ASAP, I hope they can help you still, but you might be too late.
