Has it been calibrated by top members of the state and federal Departments of Weights and Measures to be dead-on balls accurate?

RayLIt mentioned TUV certified. What does that imply only ramdondly tested or what ???

bsdaveyYou're thinking of the Craftsman Model 1019 Laboratory Edition Signature Series torque wrench. The kind used by Cal Tech High Energy physicists, and NASA engineers.

saisengkenIt says it is built in a TUV certified facility - not that the wrench is provided with a calibration certificate.
