BobTrostThis seems to be a problem with the configuration of your audio player application. Perhaps you're using the Direct Sound driver? You'll want to use WASAPi or ASIO. This is covered a bit more here: http://gracedesign.com/forums

CalebRobertsI don't think the driver works right with a USB 3, It worked up to 96 Khz in U1 but every thing I tried in U2 get turned into 44.1 KHZ sample rate!

BobTrostHi BobTrost, Please take a moment to read http://gracedesign.com/forums Particularly the post Debugging problems with USB 2 Audio Class operation
The driver does work correctly with USB 3 ports. Granted I have found one exception with an earlier version of the driver but then I haven't yet seen a windows machine that doesn't have at least one USB 2 port.
If ever you see that the device only works at a singe sample rate take a look at your audio player. Is it set to use the Direct Sound driver? Instead you will need to use either WASAPI or ASIO. If using Direct Sound, the OS will convert everything to the sample rate that is selected in the Control Panel Sound settings.

Hey BobTrost,
For bit-perfect playback with foobar, you will need to use the ASIO or WASAPI component with the m9xx. VLC uses the directsound driver as far as I know, so it will sample rate convert to whatever is set in the sound control panel for the m9xx. Are you using ASIO or WASAPI with foobar?

AlexVallejoI am just really getting enough time to play with this, I will play with it for a while and let you guys know if I make progress. I am using Speakers(XMOS USB Audio) output in Foobar and in U2 I still get 44.1KHZ. I got it up to 96KHZ with wasapi or ASIO. Still can't get 192KHZ OK, I got it now Thanks guys! The last file I used was mislabeled as 192khz (Miles Davis) I tried Green Day American Idiot at 192Khz and it all seems great now!

dwane5You'll need the ASIO component for foobar here: https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_asio
