I'm loving my Fostex TH-X00's, even more than I'd hoped.
Currently using a Yulong U100 DAC/Amp that seems to do a pretty good job of powering them. (They are only 32 ohm headphones).
Would this unit be a BIG improvement on what I already use, or a minor one?
Would this run very high end / high impedence headphones if I want to upgrade further one day?
For similar $ I could get a Schiit Modi 2 Uber and Magni 2 uber. How do they compare to this?

Spork13I have the m9xx and TH-x00. I'm extremely satisfied with this pairing.
I also use the m9xx line output to Yamaha powered HS-8 active monitors. Indeed, the m9xx's synergy with the monitors have been the biggest surprise. The DAC provides a very airy, well defined image and soundstage, so much so that I'm still thrilled to hear new details and nuances in very old, familiar music.
