Any chance of getting a drop for the Granite Gear eVent Uberlight Drysacks? If I could get 2 each in 13L & 18L in clear cubic tech flexible fiber film, like the one in the picture with the guy in the red jacket; then I could finally dump my ziploc's...... https://www.campsaver.com/granite-gear-event-uberlight-drysacks.html?_iv_code=Z13-BAG-GGR0187-10-L-G&gclid=CjwKCAjwlcXXBRBhEiwApfHGTZikEZ-eF1vDSi9bTePsuTPQU2npPerEvlz92SErv5kVGc9IDtOCXBoCtxkQAvD_BwE
Everyone is saying this is for one dry bag but the title says 2-pack... am I missing something?
ejrahn
I'm guessing the old drop was either unclear in the title or was for only 1 item. It clearly states $32 for a two -pack right now.

If you click on the "Join Drop" button, the order page states that the drop is for 2 dry sacks. You then have to specify the size of each sack, so for example you could get a 7L as well as a 13L (+$3.50) if you wanted. The title sort of implies both sacks would be the same, but this is not the case...
how many are included? 1-2-3? or this is the price for one ? I am confused.

This looks as if it is for 1 bag. Compare to base prices on their website: https://www.granitegear.com/outdoor/packing-systems/waterproof-stuffsacks/event-sil-drysack.html They are regarded as expensive but durable and reliable.
Anyone know if these have a shoulder strap for the larger sizes
Cantre15
No they don't have a shoulder strap, nor any attachment points to add one. They are more like large stuff sacks for packing items like clothing and sleeping bags.

Thanks!
Is this product available for shipping to Australia? How much does it costs average?
MissMessa
If you click "Join Drop" it will take you to a screen where you can figure all this information out without yet committing to buy.

Oh, I was worried that joining a drop wouldeam you're locked in to buy! Thanks so much.
Is the drop for one unit?
Anent
Yes.
What do people use these sacks for when it comes to backpacking? I'm drawing a blank. Sorry, maybe work just tired me out today... thanks!
theatomicfly
Sleeping bags, clothes, anything that they want dry. These are extremely light so I'm not sure how waterproof they are.
Which size would you recommend for an Enlightened Equipment quilt?

Good point. Mine is wide. I think I might want to put my sleeping clothes and maybe a down pillow in there, too, some maybe 10L to be safe.

I have an EE 30° Revelation in a 7 liter bag, plenty of room. Size of quilt is regular width, short length.
The shape looks square/rectangular instead of round. Can anyone confirm? I prefer non-rounded sacks for better use of space.
trailbrew
Look at the measurements. It appears they are NOT round.
Ultralight draw string stuff sacks, of various sizes, would be a nice drop to offer.

We'll keep this in mind. Thanks for the suggestion.
