Awesome deal! I already have an Osprey Exos 58 (which becomes 52L without the top lid) and a Klymit Modion 35 (which I can attach my tent to the outside). So I really don't need any more packs, but even with these two lightweight packs, I'm still tempted to get one of these Granite Gear packs here. I'm with ZionHikes1: What a steal!

LeoKauaiHaving some debate about which size to order...I currently have a REI XT85 pack that I'm returning. I got a smoking deal on the XT85 for $150 last march. However I have found that this is just too BIG of a pack for 90% of what I want to do. So I have been going back and forth between GG Lutsen 45 or 55 as a overnighter/multiday and/or the GG trace nimbus 60L/70L as my multiday pack. Not sure I will get both while on massdrop but at least one of these options is in the cards. Any suggestions are welcome!

PNWGUSDepending on your gear, you could get the 55 and use for trips up to a week long. I lowered the weight of all my gear last year, and it made a huge difference on letting me enjoy the hiking a lot more. I would get the 55 rather than the 45. The reason being is that you can always leave the top lid at home if you don't need it, so your bag will be lighter and smaller. With the 45, you'll likely need the top lid all the time. My Klymit Motion 35 is used mostly by my teenage daughter when we backpack together. Alone, I could used for a two-night hike, but my tent would have to be attached to the outside. Plus, here in Hawaii I usually don't carry a sleeping bag; a bag liner is sufficient if I'm hiking the Napali Coast. But when I go to the mountains, I need a sleeping bag, and my Exos 58 is fully utilized. I also have an Osprey Atmos 65 that is ridiculously comfortable. But the Atmos weighs 4.5 pounds, and it's just too much. I'm keeping it for now, but I'm seriously considering selling it. The main reason I'm keeping it is that I might use it if I finally backpack the El Camino in Spain. Now, if you're willing to spend $300, ZPacks makes a ridiculously light backpack, less than 1.5 pounds. I almost got one of those, but my Exos only weighs 2.5 pounds. These packs here are 3 pounds, so it's still pretty light. Unless you're going to spend more than week backpacking or spend several days in the snow (when you need large sleeping bags and lots of warm clothes), I wouldn't get anything larger than 70L. It's just too much to carry.

LeoKauaiThanks Leo! Funny I have been looking at those two exact osprey packs as well as aether 60. Leaning heavily towards osprey for their warranty and the fact I can try them on (loaded). Since massdrop has no returns and I haven't found a storefront to try these GG packs. Been to 3 REI's , none of which carry GG packs currently.

PNWGUSThe GG Crown2 60 is ridiculously light, only 2.1 pounds, but it costs $200. The GG Lutsen is a pound more and it costs $125 plus $10 shipping, and it may hold heavier loads more comfortably. I love my Exos 58, but the downside is that the closer it gets to 30 pounds, the more uncomfortable it feels, specially on the shoulders. The best thing about, though, is the trampoline back, which is a must here in Hawaii, since it's too hot. The trampoline back and the 21 ounce weight is what's making me gravitate toward a Zpack in the near future (but that's $300-plus).
