I just received mine. How do I scroll with this thing? The manual mentions a middle button but the pen only has 2 buttons.
Edit: I talked to one of Monoprice's tech. He said left hand orientation is available to Windows but not Mac. The manual and the feature list in the box mentions a "third button" that will allow you to scroll. Tech says this function is not available on the device.
