I am really confused, I own this very tablet (Or one that looks exacly like this) but branded as HUION, is this a rip-off from mine? Did the company change its name?

Sergiotor9AFAIK Monoprice doesn't really create anything, they just find other brands/manufacturers products they can white label at a low price. So it probably is exactly the same, except for the branding.
