These pans are made from hard-anodized aluminum with a generous application of the company’s Thermolon Marathon nonstick coating. This coating helps food slide around while cooking with little oil or fat, making your food healthier and easier to remove from the pan. For a sure grip, the pans have a riveted, ergonomic stainless steel handle. Compatible with virtually any heat source, the pans can also be put in the oven up to 600 degrees—not to mention you can use metal utensils on them. For cleaning, GreenPan recommends hand washing, but the pans are dishwasher safe, to boot. This drop includes 11 total pieces to help you make any meal in your arsenal, and those you’ll add later on.
