The coating on these is phenomenal, but requires one to be considerate and diligent in order to keep it that way. I have a full set + some extra ones from a previous drop because I already ruined two of them. here are some tips and guidelines based on my experience: these pans will not tolerate high heat at all. it would destroy the non-stick properties in but a few uses. use low to medium heat only, never leave the pan empty on a high heat source (even when initially heating it up!). can use short bursts of high heat only if there's a uniform layer of liquid covering the pan's surface. if you see stuff beginning to stick, add some water and stir. not doing so will cause carbonization, which will permanently degrade the non-stick capability. company claims metal utensil safe, but is a big no-no. not dishwasher safe either, no way. can't even wash it with dish soap, must use mild detergent or a soapless-soap. Overall, I'm really enjoying these. you can clearly see in the photo below just how effective the non-stick coating is, and how easy it is to make a quick stir fry meal when sh!t hits the pan (pun intended) ^_^
