these sights have more recent reviews from the same sight, recomending non stick pans. they didnt review any pans costing over 60$ each. It is hard to say if they would reccomend a non stick pan retailing and over 150$. the cheaper pans reviewed will not have the ergonomic handles, rivited designs and white surface. As were almost all of the complaints on the reviews.
as far as the specs, manufacturing and reviews are concerned, with proper care, these pans will outperform any of the pans you have recomened or suggested.
they are now dish washer safe, with a glass lid and can reach temperatures of above 600 degrees safely. I would love to see your video of cooking an egg with no oil repeatedly on a stainless steel pan especially after it has been used for years.
as will all things there will be a shelf life and if you abuse it it will not perform. Even with a three layerd stainless steel pan as you suggested; if you use steel wool to clean it, as many commercal kitches do, you will see performance drop to that of a cheap aluminum pan as the surface will be "broken" and everything will stick to it and make it very difficult to cook with and clean.
if you can find a review from 2018 of these pans with a white non stick cermaic coated 3 layered stainless steel pan with the ergenomic self cooling handles and glass lid please share it. if not, please stop confusing people.

$300 for non stick pans that will last maybe two years? Holy shit people are gullible. This is a rip off especially due to how terribly ceramic non stick works versus teflon. If you're spending $300 on a set please buy this one instead https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-cookware-set/

Hey Colbra, you really seem like a miserable person. Why do you care so much about some pans that you’re not going to buy? I work very hard to make money, and I’ll spend it on what I want. I do not appreciate being told what I should and should not buy by a grumpy person with nothing better to do than try to stop people from buying random products on the internet that you have nothing to do with! Please mind your own business and leave us alone! Also, $300 is not very much money at all for cookware and I’m not expecting the world from a little pan set like this.
