$300 for non stick pans that will last maybe two years? Holy shit people are gullible. This is a rip off especially due to how terribly ceramic non stick works versus teflon. If you're spending $300 on a set please buy this one instead https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-cookware-set/

Colbradid you read the review you posted? this set is superior in every way to the one you posted. You would realize that the set above is 70$ more, but they all have ceramic non stick. Having worked in kitchens for over 8 years and having a culinary degree i can verify that stainless steal is a great way to go in a commercial kitchen because cooks are very hard on the equipment. we tend to throw them, drop them and generally abuse them. A ceramic coating would not last as long in that environment. In the home kitchen they are far superior. The ceramic non stick coating is not hazardous to anyone's health, is easier to clean and the Maynard reaction is more effective by releasing the fond much more efficiently and allowing the food to release without damaging the flesh. in response to the Teflon comment you posted... the pans you recommended are not Teflon, Teflon is not metal utensil safe and is harmful to you health. I will be purchasing these pans and look forward to using them and testing them in all environments.

Kidron" The ceramic non stick coating is not hazardous to anyone's health,"
Neither is teflon, next.
" You would realize that the set above is 70$ more"
Uh it's $230 at walmart now so $70 cheaper and has two more pieces, next
" Teflon is not metal utensil safe "
Ceramic is utensil safe because just using it ruins the surface.
Have fun being sold expensive pieces of shit and replacing them within a year
From cooks illustrated "As we conducted cooking tests, we realized we don’t really care how good the nonstick coating is if the pan is uncomfortable to use. None of the skillets had a flawless design—if it was the right size, it was too heavy; if it was lightweight and maneuverable, the cooking surface was too small for many recipes. We had to conclude that while the engineers focused on new nonstick coatings, they forgot about the basic requirement of a comfortable, well-designed pan.In addition, most of these pans are also just not as durable as traditional nonstick. Hugh Rushing of the Cookware Manufacturers Association (a trade association) concurred with our assessment. Based on testing the CMA has done in its own test kitchens, the ceramic-coated models are simply “not as well-performing,” Rushing said.Furthermore, experts like Rushing remain unconvinced that these pans are really “green.” Because of their newer technology, ceramic- and silicone-coated skillets require more resources to manufacture than traditional nonstick pans. And how “green” can a pan really be that still contains at least one potentially harmful chemical, PTFE? Rushing’s answer: “Not very.” Until “green” skillet technology improves, we’re sticking with traditional nonstick or a well-seasoned cast-iron pan. "

ColbraHey Colbra, you really seem like a miserable person. Why do you care so much about some pans that you’re not going to buy? I work very hard to make money, and I’ll spend it on what I want. I do not appreciate being told what I should and should not buy by a grumpy person with nothing better to do than try to stop people from buying random products on the internet that you have nothing to do with! Please mind your own business and leave us alone! Also, $300 is not very much money at all for cookware and I’m not expecting the world from a little pan set like this.
