It’s constructed free of PFAS and PFOA and covered with Thermolon Minerals nonstick coating to keep food from sticking to the bottom. What’s more, it’s compatible with virtually any heat source you’ve got, whether ceramic, electric, gas, or induction. Included is a stainless steel insert and straining lid.
