Dear Stephen: Thank you for your recent email and interest in Gregory backpacks. Please be advised, all of our new products are covered under the limited lifetime warranty, and would not depend on where the pack was purchased from. StephireI can tell you they are fantastic about warranty. You won't have any issues with it. Gregory is top notch - I can speak from experience. I have a 7 year old Baltoro that I sort of "hate" because it just won't die :). j/k - I love it.
