This is a fantastic bag. I owned one for three years, having purchased it from the outdoor retailer I worked for at the time. I had the 75L size and was amazed with the thought put into the bag. Front access, large front pocket, deep side pockets, massive top pockets, a waterproof hip pocket, very comfortable hip belt that moves independently from the back support. Included raincover saves ~$40 CAD too. Easily one of the best bags out there. The reason I sold the bag was because it was too big and allowed me to overpack quite a bit for just myself. It's also not the lightest bag, so I wouldn't recommend it for extended hikes with a lot of ground covered in each day. As others have mentioned previously, the models in these photos are wearing the bags in such a way that looks painful. The middle of the hip belt should rest on the crest of your hip bone to distribute weight downward and across your hips and not shear force. The shoulder straps should hug your shoulders and leave little (see: no) room between them and your shoulder blades and crest. The chest straps are also drawn too tight it appears, but really that's just to ensure the straps don't slide. In closing, this price is a good deal for a quality bag that can last a lifetime if not abused. The warranty for Gregory is also very lenient but keep the receipt.
