Fantastic pack! So light! Question though- what’s the loop on the water bottle access pocket for? In one review I saw that it was supposed to be able to be fastened closed. but it’s missing a button near the frame. Easily fixed but still want to know...

CeeKI can't tell exactly where that is based on the picture, but a loop near the bottom of a pack is typically for either the tips of treking poles or an ice pick.

CeeKWhile you have a water bottle in the side entrance for access while wearing the pack, you should be able to pull the loop over the spout of the bottle to prevent the bottle from falling out.
