lnxslckYes, the 12" Fat does have a pocket for mouse and cord storage. As far as I know, they all do.
I have the 12" Slim, 12" Fat, and 14". Aside from the size difference, they are all designed the same way, with the hooded flap and the storage compartment. I assume the larger size is the same.

One warning , though. I find the 12" Slim bag too short for my 60% Poker 3 and KBP V60 keyboards.
Yes, they will stretch and the board will fit inside. But the stretching causes the flap to open up like a mouth, leaving part of the keyboard exposed to abrasion and dust.
So I always order the 12" Fat bag for my 60% boards.
The 14" bag seems to fit TKL boards well.
