The post indicates there is a $20 up charge for the rose gold versions. Check out adds $30. What’s up with that?

Why quartz? Grovana has plenty of very cheap 2824 powered automatics.

$155 on Amazon (for the SS white dial version). Plus you get a 2 year Amazon warranty (instead of a 1 year massdrop warranty). Neither is a manufacturer warranty so you can assume both services will be subpar in comparison, but Amazon's warranty is still twice as long. I also would recieve the watch much faster and pay no tax through Amazon, as I live in one of the taxable massdrop states.
Overall, despite being quartz, a swiss made moonphase watch with sapphire crystal for this price is a damn bargain. But getting this watch on massdrop isn't much more of a deal than buying it elsewhere (and possibly less of a deal if you have to add tax), and the warranty is shorter.
EDIT - Looks like Amazon price increased since I posted. This is now officially a decent deal. Swiss moonphase quartz for $150 is nice!

I used to own this watch - it's a real nice piece - was very happy with it. Classic style that looks a lot more expensive than it is. My tastes have changed, but if I were in the market for a nice dress watch, I'd grab another one of these again in a heartbeat.
