Got mine a while ago (beautiful cable, by the way) and finally plugged it in. It doesn't work. If I jiggle it enough, the keyboard LED's flickers, but it's impossible to keep a good connection. This must be the very first USB cable I ever bought that simply didn't work when brand new. Back to the boring stock black cable.

BoskrThey also knew Outer Spacebars were defective. They knew the plates for the XD64 kits were mislabeled after sending wrong plates, but still sent someone the wrong plate 4 times. There's someone out there with 4 left hand Ergodox PCBs and no right hand side. They're messing up more and caring less.

Just received mine last night, took it into work today to give it a test. Honestly, while these do look cool, they are VERY low quality as a cable. It does not work on one of my work boards, and works on another. I'm currently using it, but I occasionally have to reseat the cable for it to start working, as it cuts out from time to time.
Ignore the looks, stay far away from these and order a similar one off of aliexpress. Seriously.

okay....I just got mine today. Here is my short review= These are not working..lol;;; these cables have miracle 50% or less chances of connecting correctly if you position your cable in a certain way. (tested with 3 of my keyboards multiple times) I took a video and am going to submit a ticket for a full refund. They can collect the cables on their own expense I really don't care anymore. I am not sure about other ppl's cables....but mine costed me $41 US and took about two weeks of delay and full month shipping time. There is some kind of black molds in the sleeving fibre and critically...THEY DON'T WORK. I don't want to be mean or anything but... what were you thinking...seriously...;;; Now I even regret putting these cables on my keyboards to test them in the first place...

well I first tried to fix this myself as well since I already lost some money anyway. But for mine, plastic part of the usb head was all melted with the soldering BADLY ... no wonder these cables are not working XD. (like it was baked entirely for the soldering rather than for the individual cable....lol) I can see why these cables won't work and was so surprised by the build quality (also not to mention that moldy stuff on techflex). I have 8 keyboards worth about little over $2000 (including keycaps sets XD...better stop buying more...;; maybe after few more...-3-) after seeing soldering work done on these cables I decide to throw them into garbage rather than risking my keyboards. $2 cables are muuuuch better than these(like 1000times better lol). Personally if you ask me, I think MD should not allow such product on their site to be sold to the keyboard enthusiasts ...it's almost insulting to the buyers.... I will probably make my own later (if I find the right sleeving pattern)......well I will just stop here before I say something really mean to manufactorer and the seller XD. more I talk about it, I can't say anything good about it ...

GashuI am still trying to find the sleeving myself. I found some great looking ones but nothing like those. I really like the gummy look with my light blue and black keycaps + purple backlighting. I just like the sleeving of the cable, not the cable itself...
