Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/21.

So I submitted a support ticket already but I wanted to ask people here. Does anyone else have trouble wearing the glasses because the reflections from their own eyes on the inside of the glasses causes blurry or fuzziness? I have perfect vision so this refectiveness makes me feel like I'm putting on dirty glasses, so then taking them off is a relief. I've included a picture of just how reflective the inside of the glasses are, the eye reflections aren't as clear though they are blurred and fuzzy seeing as they are so close to my face but I can still see them.

AiruolI got my MLG Phantom and yes I can see my eye reflection on the glasses and I didn't really like it. BTW what happen to your support ticket, what did say?

Gilbert01Apparently the support ticket ended up "slipping through the cracks" (the inbox of the community support person). By then I filed a chargeback through Paypal which apparently didn't show up or was overlooked or something and got a refund. Then I was given a return label to return the glasses, which I did.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.

I have repeatedly requested information via the help Center regarding my purchase of this item and received ABSOLUTELY NO information or feedback from your company, considering the charge went through on AUGUST 18TH and shipping was supposed to be due by the end of said month. This was meant to be a gift which was why I joined said drop in the first place. Furthermore, the actual model and style of one of the products I ordered became unavailable AFTER I paid for it! Nothing about this purchase, drop, communication, and overall service was acceptable. I am significantly disappointed by the lack of service and response.

jason321123Same here, I am having issues with the glasses that I did receive but have gotten no word from massdrop. Gunnar themselves is willing to replace them but didn't actually comment on if my issue was just a defect. I also paid via paypal, kind of curious if I could issue a charge back seeing as attempts to get the glasses replaced by massdrop has failed thus far.

Awaiting delivery! While the group's order is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now, we've just learned that a minor clearance delay has prevented the shipment from arriving as early as originally anticipated.
