There are no scientific evidence supporting the blue light claim lol. I was dumb enough to buy a few pairs of these Gunnar glasses and they've been worthless worthless. You could simply tweak your monitor RGB settings and get the same effect. For those of you wearing prescription glasses - you can get Kodak Bluereflect lenses that blocks most of the blue light without making everything look piss yellow. Essilor also have the Avance series.
