Well, customer service couldn't help me and said to post here for help. @ArthurM Was there supposed to be a driver disc included with this? I didn't receive one with my unit and I just now decided to use it via USB. Thanks.

heliosphannThere should have been a small disc that came with it. Easy to overlook. If you need it and if I can figure out how to duplicate it I would be happy to send one to you.
