Shame the H10 has been discontinued... such a great sounding amp that really is nice to play around with opamps to tune the sound. Think I've decided on the Burson V6 Vivid singles and V6 Classic duals for the moment. Finally finished my second, passive cooled H10 - holes drilled in cover, handle installed, and custom made copper heat sinks installed on the transistors located around the single opamps:

VRacer111Just picked one up. It was brand NEW , but old stock. Im on my 4th day of break in. Not sure if it will keep getting better. Day one was nice and warm, however On day 3 it seemed to get slightly veiled. Today(4) its a bit more clear. Wondering when she will stop getting better......Ordered the Burson V6 op-amps on your recommendation above. Vivid singles and Classic Doubles. Im hoping these open her up a bit more........ Loving the Class A sound.
VRacer111After a few more trial and error, there are few combo that I am happy with. Small signal amp stage ----- Power stage OPA2604 ----- OPA627 very warm mid (voice) tube like (?) but less sparkles on top and less ohm in the bottom LN4562 or MUSES8920 ----- LME49990 very clean and good extension top and bottom but sounding a little "thin" in certain combination discrete "red eye" opamp chip may be it needs breaking in but one minute it's a bit generic (blend) and some other time it's bit out of control I finally settling with OPA827 dual ----- LME49990 good musical and dynamic, this is jackpot for me I have also upgraded the heatsinks, mainly on the voltage regulator chips and the power stage chip and a two stage filter on the incoming mains.
